Razlin to be the thirteenth addition to the GBX network, which has Sponsor Firms from across the globe

 

London - 29 June 2018 - Razlin Limited has announced that it has been approved to become the thirteenth Sponsor Firm to join the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX). Razlin, based in London, draws upon its team’s wealth of experience within financial market professionals, sales, investment advisory, and emerging markets trading to provide bespoke solutions for their clients. The financial services provider hopes to further strengthen the bridge that the GBX seeks to build between the emerging blockchain community and traditional finance.

 

The GBX, which aims to position itself as a world-leading institutional-grade token sale platform and digital asset exchange, is expected to be a global listing and token sales springboard for utility tokens that have satisfied a strict due diligence and admissions process as well as a high-quality digital asset exchange.

 

The exchange’s Sponsor Firm network is integral to recognizing these aims. Sponsor Firms assist in managing the application and listing process for launching a token sale on the exchange, serving as an additional layer of scrutiny and, in partnership with the listed token, take care of the ongoing exchange related obligations such as disclosure of relevant information to the GBX and the wider market.
