WHO WE ARE
Sadiq Razak has been in financial services since 1994. He worked at Bear Stearns, ING Bank, Naeem Holdings, Wood & Company and Aurel-BGC.
Sadiq has held the roles of Head of Trading, Co-Head of Equities and MLRO. He has extensive experience with equities and fixed income and has built businesses in London, Istanbul and Dubai. During his career, Sadiq has overseen 50 plus deals across CEE, Turkey and the MENA region. He has been trading digital assets since late 2016.
In addition to financial services, Sadiq has been an investor and manager of both residential and commercial property for over twenty years. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Jennifer Ewing

Jennifer Ewing has almost 20 years of experience in international financial markets.
Her area of expertise is in Emerging and Frontier Equity Capital Market Sales & Trading. She has worked at ING Bank, Dresdner Bank, Wood & Company and Aurel-BGC. Jennifer has been involved with the placement of over 40 IPOs in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
As well as working in financial markets, Jennifer has done extensive volunteer work for charities including Animal Assisted Therapy, Dress for Success and MOMAS.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Communication from The University of Arizona. Jennifer has experience investing in and consulting on blockchain and digital asset projects on behalf of her institutional client base.
Emeryc Kpenou

Emeryc has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets. He has worked in several leading international banks including Societe Generale, Credit Suisse First Boston and during the last 17 years at ING Bank. At ING he was Managing Director of Client Solution Group, Head of Interest Rate Swaps and FX Derivatives Sales.
Emeryc has an exceptional track record in providing investment and hedging solutions on multi-assets:, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Derivatives and Commodities.
Emeryc graduated from Institut D'Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po Paris) and holds a Master’s Degree in Economics at the Sorbonne University in Paris. In 2017 set up Belgrave Square Advisors to concentrate on consultancy services.
Benoit Marzouk

Benoit has ten years of experience in traditional investment banking including six years spent as an Equity Finance Trader at Credit Suisse. In 2015 he made the move into the start-up scene as a UK Country Manager of a leading e-commerce company, he then worked in product management of software for banks & Hedge Funds at FIS (#1 Fintech). During this time he caught bitcoin fever.
In 2017 Benoit founded Cashin: a bricks-and-mortar network of retailers to allow to buy bitcoins in stores competing with Bitcoin ATMs. Cashin is also an easy-to-use app to buy bitcoin in few clicks. In addition to his role as CEO of Cashin Benoit is a regular speaker at blockchain and crypto events around the UK and Europe.
He has a Masters in Quantative Finance from the Bocconi University and completed the HBX Entrepreneurship course from Harvard Business School.
